Refund Policy

1.    Eligibility for Refunds: Subscription services do not allow refunds unless- Under certain conditions and normally for the last monthly payment only. Classes, Events, or Workshops can be refunded within given timeframes.   

2.    Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please complete our Online Form.

3.    Canceling the Subscription: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your membership area. If unable to access, then complete our Online Form for support.  

4.    Submitting a Request: Users need to fill out our Online Form.

5.    Timeframes: Refunds for Classes, Events, or Workshops at least 7 days before taking place. We can at times offer another (Date) under the 7 days rule.

6.    No Refund Policies: Subscription services have a strict no-refund policy, once a subscription is purchased, and accessed.
